ALWAYS make sure you're on the latest SDK available from the VRChat Website.
If you are and still see this error on in the control panel, change some of the 'Float' parameters to 'Bool' and it will drop the number.
You do not have to change all of the parameters, you should start by changing the clothing toggles first and if you're still not under the limit move onto other parameters.
NOTE most avatars will already be optimized for the latest SDK so you should not have to do this.
